Walls & Partitions:Walls and partitions will be cured aerated concrete bricks (“HCCA Bricks”), and the interior walls will be made of gypsum rock plate and galvanized iron profiles.
Flooring: Non-slip outdoor flooring on terraces and balconies.
Finishes and Coatings on Interior Vertical Walls: Projected plaster on interior faces of HCCA bricks. Putting and painting, on plaster partitions and on coatings in bathrooms and kitchens. Ceramic or Porcelain Coating, in bathrooms and kitchens up to h=2.10m.
Finishes on exterior vertical walls: 3 in 1 monolayer + Quimtex or similar, on interior faces of HCCA bricks.
Ceilings: Plaster ceiling in bathrooms. Exposed concrete, in the rest of the premises.
Automation: Automation and motorization of swing vehicular access gates.
Railings: The railings will be made of 8+8mm tempered and laminated glass.
Wooden Carpentry: Wooden doors finished in white with complete hardware included. Melamine cabinets with finish to be defined. HDF or similar white skirting boards.
Elevators: Each block will have its own elevator.
Aluminum Carpentry & Glass: Glass with DVH (double hermetic glass) in all units.
Marbles & Granites: White Silestone or similar on kitchen countertops and shower bases.
