The complex to be built will be located in La Barra (department of Maldonado), on “Graf Spee” street (standard 18,414), between “Las Sirenas” and “Los Romances” streets; it will have 2 apartment blocks, each with a first floor and 3 upper floors, and between them will be the swimming pool, barbecue and toilets. In these two blocks, called Ay B, 24 units will be located, 12 units in each.
